Who this is for

You're the owner, the closer, and the marketing department.

If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Marketing is on your plate

You know it matters, so you've been handling it yourself. But it keeps pulling you away from running the business.

It's not your zone of genius

You're great at what you do. Writing posts, building ads, and pulling reports just isn't it, and that's okay.

You haven't hired for it yet

A full marketing team is a big expense, so you've held off. Meanwhile, things get done late or not at all.

You want to use AI

You know AI could help, but you don't have hours to learn the tools and figure out where it fits.

A week in your shoes

Same to-do list. Very different week.

What I automate

The repeatable work that eats your week.

If you do it the same way every week, it's a candidate. Here's what I build most often.

Google and reviews

Get found on Google and Maps
  • Google Business Profile: weekly posts and replies to every review
  • Show up on Google: blog posts and web pages people are searching for
  • Reviews: ask happy customers for reviews, and get alerted to bad ones

Ads

Better ads, less busywork
  • Google Ads: fresh ad copy, and catch clicks that won't turn into customers
  • Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok: new ad ideas to test
  • Graphics: one design, sized for every platform

Content and customer emails

Never start from a blank page
  • Social media: a month of posts, written in your voice
  • Email and texts: newsletters, plus emails that send themselves
  • New leads: a fast reply to every one, and you see where they came from

Podcast and video

Record once, publish everywhere
  • Publishing: Riverside to Apple, Spotify, and YouTube
  • Clips: short videos with captions for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Promotion: show notes, blog posts, and newsletters

Planning and your team

Keep projects and campaigns moving
  • Planning: a marketing calendar for the next few months
  • Projects: plans turned into to-dos in Asana, Monday, or ClickUp
  • Team: meeting notes turned into to-dos, each with a name on it
  • Your day: inbox, Slack, to-dos, and competitor news in one morning summary

Reports and numbers

Know what's working at a glance
  • Website numbers: make sure they're right, and get alerted when they drop
  • Dashboard: all your marketing numbers on one screen
  • Reports: monthly reports and weekly recaps, written for you
Something else on your list? Event promotion, recruiting posts, proposal decks, how-to guides. If it's repeatable, let's talk.

The feedback loop

Sounds like you. Gets more like you every week.

This is where AI beats a new hire. Every edit you make teaches it, and it never forgets. Within a few weeks, your drafts need almost no changes, and your customers can't tell the difference.

1
It learns from your best stuff

Past posts, emails, reviews you've answered, and examples you love.

2
It drafts

Posts, replies, and emails, written the way you write.

3
You tweak

Change a word or leave a quick note like "too formal."

↻
It remembers

Every edit becomes a rule, so the next draft starts closer to you.

How it works

Live in about six weeks.

Your current process keeps running until the new system is proven. Nothing goes live without your approval.

1
Week 1

Connect and audit

Access granted, tools connected, and a full check of what's working today.

2
Weeks 2 to 4

Build

Your automations, a place to approve drafts, a record of every change, and alerts, all trained on your brand.

3
Week 5

Test run

Try it on one area or location first, check every step, and adjust.

Week 6

Launch and hand off

Everything goes live, with step-by-step guides, recorded training, and your care plan.

I allow up to 8 weeks when account access or platform limits slow things down.

Your tools

Works with the tools you already use.

Nothing to switch. I connect AI to the tools your team already logs into every day.

Google Workspace Meta Business Suite Google Ads Google Analytics Google Business Profile Riverside Klaviyo HubSpot Shopify Canva + yours

How access works

  • I get my own login on every account. You never share a password.
  • I only ask for the access each automation needs.
  • Every change is logged and can be undone.
  • You own the accounts, the system, and the documentation. Remove my access any time.
Sydney
Meet your automation partner

Hi, I'm Sydney.

For more than 10 years I've run marketing at scale, including a 55-location health club brand, plus ecommerce and service businesses. I still work hands-on in paid media, SEO, email, and analytics, and I lead teams of specialists around the world.

I'm also an entrepreneur. I've run my own marketing business since 2021 and worked alongside founders building theirs. So I know what it's like to wear every hat, watch every dollar, and still need the phone to ring.

I work side by side with founders and owners on the two things that matter most: making money and saving it. Former college volleyball captain, so expect clear game plans and a lot of energy.

A real person, not another tool to figure out.

You won't get a login and a stack of tutorials. I learn how your business runs, set everything up inside the tools you already use, and train your team until it feels easy. When something needs a tweak, you reach me directly, not a support ticket.

What clients and teammates say

"Working with Sydney was a dream! She helped us develop a plan for our Google Ads that will really make a big difference in our online traffic. Sydney communicated in a timely and effective manner and her recommendations were clear and thorough. She provided spreadsheets, flowcharts, bulleted documents, and videos that were easy to follow."
Shannon Robel
Wrangell Mountain Air
"Any team would be lucky to have Sydney whether as a full time leader or fractional. Her depth of modern marketing solutions combined with her on the court experience make her an asset. When you combine that with her positive team attitude and the joy she brings she is much more than an asset. She is a difference maker."
CEO, Red Light Method · Founder, Selling Wellness
"Sydney's ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes while bringing thoughtful leadership and clear direction to the team is unmatched. Even in the short time we worked together at Genesis Health Clubs, it was evident that Sydney was data and innovation driven."
Marketing Communications Manager, Sherwin-Williams

Straight answers

Is this set-and-forget?

No. These systems touch live accounts, so a person approves every public change and someone checks the system each week. That's what the care plan covers.

Can you guarantee rankings or results?

Nobody controls Google or Meta. I commit to the work, the process, and the reporting, and we review what moved every quarter.

Will it sound like us?

Yes. Each build is trained on your past content, brand guidelines, and examples you love, then tuned with your feedback during the test run. After launch, it keeps learning from every edit you make.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Once the build is paid, the automations, instructions, and guides are yours. Keep the care plan or take it in-house.
